The hotel is fairly clean, with supper friendly personal, and offers incredible location not far from the lake and downtown area. Rooms with a beautiful view and fireplace and the balcony.

The hotel was impeccably clean, the rooms were cozy with incredibly beautiful views. The food was good, had lots of options. Restaurant in venue was lovely and the pool area was clean.

I find the hotel IDEAL, overall clean and the staff is gracious. Light breakfast, superb service. Peaceful location, not very far from lake geneva shore path.

The location and staff were exceptional, I liked it. The staff did all they can for a pleasant stay. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Oakfire that was only 5 minutes' walk away:)))

All in all a well-maintained hotel and great stay. Savoury breakfast, welcoming and immaculate room, funny staff. I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed. Amazing pool area too. The location was top, relatively near geneva lake museum of history. I liked to spend time in the excellent night bar.
The bathroom I had was uncomfortable.

The hotel was extremely accommodating, centrally located and the staff was kind! Fairly clean and fashioned room, we felt like at home. Central location, not very far from lake geneva beach. Easy check in and late check out. Staying here for walking around was fun, totally recommendable.
The breakfast certainly should of been included.

a kitchen-living room available. harborside cafe, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. i liked the location.

Geneva Lake is near the hotel. An excellent base for exploring Lake Geneva.
